Mike Friscia serves as Senior Vice President of Operations and has extensive experience which includes the development and implementation of successful operating plans focused on driving revenue and profits; realizing efficiencies while maintaining a high level of service; in a safe and secure environment. Previously, Mike was co-founder of Innovative Attraction Management and served in various executive roles at Palace Entertainment, PARC Management and Walt Disney World.
